New customer checklist
Are you trying to determine if McGrupps might be the right pick for your dog?
Does your dog enjoy group play?
Can he/she be with other dogs? Does your dog thrive in social settings with other dogs?
2. Is your dog updated on its vaccinations?
Do you have proof of updated vaccines for Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough aka: Bordetella? We also require an annual fecal test which we can do for you!
As of 2025, we also require proof of town licensing of your dog. We require the document you receive from your town that shows your dog’s name, license number and expiration date.
3. Is your dog spayed/neutered?
Puppies under 6 months of age are exempt. While certain exceptions may apply up to 1 year , if the lack of spay/neuter is creating an issue will we ask that you abstain from services until your dog has been fixed.
If you answered 'YES' to all 3 of these questions, please call us to set up a 'Temperament Test.
All daycare dogs must pass the Temperament Test to begin ANY daycare or boarding services. No Exceptions.
