I worked in the corporate world since graduating from law school back in 2006; most predominantly in public accounting. While I felt much success in my career, in the back of my mind I always knew my true passion was with animals.  About 10 years ago began my dream of owning and operating my own doggy daycare business. While I talked my friends and family’s ears off about my vision, given my prior work trajectory I wasn’t sure how I was going to nurture that vision until I found McGrupps. As the new owner since January 2023, I maintain strong energy and excitement to continue the McGrupps legacy of focusing on superior client service as well as maintaining a happy, healthy and safe environment for all staff, clients and dogs. 

So why do I love McGrupps and my new career?

• I love this town and the people I meet here. I have lived here since 2018 and can’t imagine anywhere else I would rather be. What a better way to meet more of you!

• I love working with an excellent team that I feel so lucky to have. 

• When I just left my corporate job, my boss said to me “I know your love of the industry. How can I stand in the way of your passion and dreams.” Everyone just knows! And I’m sure over time you will learn that as well. 

• Caring for and loving my three rescue dogs (one for over 15 years) has given me such happiness. I know that providing your dogs with devoted socialization, unconditional love and safety would truly be based upon passion!
